More than just a picturesque photo opportunity, this wooden windmill is a symbol of Nesebar's rich history and its connection to the sea. Imagine yourself stepping back in time as you gaze upon this rustic structure, feeling the sea breeze and hearing the echoes of generations past who relied on its power. While the exact origins of the windmill are somewhat shrouded in mystery, it's believed to have been constructed sometime in the 18th or 19th century. Windmills like this one were vital for grinding grain, providing essential flour for the local population.
